[goodbye to the moonwalker]

Captain E.O. is the first memory I have of actually seeing MJ.
3-D in Disneyland...One of my all-time favorite memories of Michael Jackson, and I hope that they bring it back.

My cousin Aaron was totally obsessed with this movie growing up.
If you have not see this, it is an absolute King of Pop must.
This was the first time I ever saw him moonwalk, that I can remember.
I also remember realizing how amazing he really is.

This is the Michael Jackson dance that I'm proud to say I know the most of.
This was the first time I remember seeing him on my own tv.
Truly one of the most imaginative, creative and incredible pieces of art ever created.

This is the first album of MJ's that I can remember actually holding in my hands.
It was at my grandparents' house, and I loved seeing it there.
A great reminder that Michael Jackson's music reached across generations.
As I write this, my mother can't tear herself away from the television.
Clips of the Jackson Five make her cry out "The sound of my childhood!"

My Favorite Michael Jackson Jams:

"I Want You Back"--1969
"P.Y.T." --1983
"Man In The Mirror"--1988
"Ease On Down The Road"--1978
"The Way You Make Me Feel"--1988
"Rockin Robin"--1972
"Human Nature" [my most recent favorite]--1983
"Do You Remember The Time"--1992
"Black Or White"--1991
"Rock With You"--1979

Obviously there is no order to these..And I could go on.
Rest in peace, Moonwalker.

You are part of the reason why I love music so much.

"Michael Jackson died!
The only person I thought of to tell was you."
